Welcome to USRP

Founded in 1995 by Robert Stetson, U.S. Restaurant Properties (NYSE: USV) grew to be among the largest restaurant-focused public REITs in the U.S. with over 1,000 properties before merging with a CNL fund to form Truststreet (NYSE: TSY). Truststreet was sold to GE Capital for $2.8 billion in 2007.

U.S. Restaurant Properties reformed as a private company in 2012 and began actively rebuilding its portfolio, focusing primarily on restaurant properties with less than 10 years remaining lease term.
